All of my postcards and other items are vintage originals. I have attempted to show their condition both in imagery and description. If you are in doubt about the condition and/or require further pictures please enquire prior to purchase and I'll be happy to help.
If you do find that you need a refund or to return an item to us, I offer the following options:
Circumstances under which I will refund:
- The item never arrives.
All items are sent "Signed for" so will be able to track down the problem through Royal Mail.
2. The item is damaged in transit or other than the "vintage" character depicted and described on my website (includes frames)
If you've ordered an item within the last 30 days and it has arrived damaged, I can arrange for a refund based on photographs of the damage. If the packaging looks damaged on arrival please take a photograph of the packaging, also of the purchased item and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and reference number. I can then let you know how to proceed. I always ask for a photo because this may help me identify or better understand the issue and ultimately get the problem solved quickly!
In the case of an exchange being required, please get in touch as soon as possible by email to: email@example.com with your name and order reference and within 7 days of receiving the item. This means I can then let you know where to send your return and then can keep a look out for your item. Returns need to reach me within 14 days and must be packaged similarly to how it was sent originally. I'm unable to cover return postage costs but if you ask at the Post Office you can get a proof of postage receipt for your reference. I'd recommend using a 'recorded' form of delivery where possible.
An order can be cancelled as long as it hasn't been sent yet! Please get in touch ASAP if you change your mind.
