Fascinating black & white, undivided back postcard, depicting view of Castle Rock at Lynton in rough seas. Featuring boats and seagulls.

Posted and stamped with a green, King Edward VII, half penny stamp. Date-stamped with duplex postmark; Marazion Feb 21 1905 with killer half 507. Printed by Raphael Tuck & Sons. “Rough Sea” Postcard Series 147. Printed early 1900s.

Written on with the following message on the front:

We reached here last night. Such a gale blowing – but today it’s lovely. Love Gale Hoss (?).

And the on the back:

Dear L. Mind you bring the remainder of the photos. If you can’t manage it be sure & send them here – not Iaquah (?) but try & come yourself.”

Condition: some corner damage some slight surface damage.
