Multiview Postcard of Salcombe – Framed Vintage Postcard

Vintage, black & white postcard of Salcombe presented in quirky double-sided metal & glass frame. The postcard depicts multiple views of Salcombe including Bolt Head & North Sands; Sunny Cove and Mill Bay Sands.

Posted on 13 August 1937 with a red, King George VI one penny stamp. Written to a Mr & Mrs Winglet (?) of Leytonstone, with the following message:

Having a glorious holiday. This is a really beautiful & weather lovely. Went to see the wreck off Salcombe yesterday, a sorry sight, but Bolt Head’s an amazing place. Love from us both.

Condition: some minor corner damage and slight marks to the surface, less visible when framed.*
